Data collected

We collect only what is necessary: contact details, city, preferred language, areas of interest, availability, and information related to membership, registrations and volunteering.

Use

This data is used to manage memberships, activity registrations, volunteer follow-up, hour certificates and, with your consent, sending our announcements.

Separate consents

Privacy and data processing, optional communications and photo or video authorisation are subject to separate consents. Minors require a distinct parental consent.

Minors

The minimum age for volunteering is 12. An application from a minor stays “pending” until authorisation from a parent or guardian is received.

Change and withdrawal

Any change to an authorisation is time-stamped, kept in a history and applied to future uses. You may withdraw a consent by writing to us.

Retention and security

Retention periods, access limited to authorised people, backups and secure login are defined as part of the technical project.

Payments

No payment is processed by this website at this stage. The payment gateway will be selected and tested in sandbox mode before any real transaction.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by writing to the association.
