Give your time, learn, meet people

Volunteering is open from age 12. No experience and no language level are required: what matters most is the willingness.

The journey, step by step

    Submit your application

    A single form: contact details, interests, skills, availability and consents.

  2. 2

    We review the application

    The administrator validates the application. An application from a minor is recorded even if parental authorisation has not yet been received: it stays “pending” until validated.

  3. 3

    We answer you personally

    Once approved, we write to arrange a first meeting and introduce the opportunities that match your interests.

  4. 4

    You pick your opportunities

    You apply to the opportunities that suit you: submitted, confirmed or waiting list.

  5. 5

    Your hours are validated

    Completed hours are validated by the association and can lead to a PDF certificate.

Filming project — call for participants

Club Agora intercultural music video

An intercultural music video led by Club Agora: cultural or other dance, extras in various scenes, all generations together. No experience required. Filming will take place in Greater Moncton; date and location will be confirmed before the final call.

How we keep track

Your application is recorded

You receive a confirmation. Nothing gets lost, even if our reply takes a few days.

Your interests guide what we offer

We write to you when an opportunity matches what you told us.

Your hours are recorded

The association keeps track of the hours you give, activity by activity.

Your certificate on request

Write to us and we prepare a volunteering certificate with your total hours.

Your authorisations stay yours

Consents are recorded and dated; one e-mail is enough to change one.

Your details kept current

Change of address, availability or interest? One message and it is updated.

Minors: our rules

  • The minimum age to volunteer is 12.
  • Date of birth or age automatically triggers the rules applicable to minors.
  • Parent or guardian consent is collected separately from the application.
  • Photo and video authorisation is optional and separate from participation consent.
  • Any change to an authorisation is time-stamped, kept in the history and applied to future uses.

Consents and withdrawal

Consents are kept separate: privacy and data processing, optional communications, optional photo and video authorisation, and a distinct parental consent for minors. A clear withdrawal procedure is in place: simply write to us and your authorisations will be updated.

I authorise publication of footage from the shoot (optional, separate from the application).
